Wingfoiling
Wingfoiling, sometimes known as wingdinging, has taken Australia by storm in the past decade.
With wingfoiling, the rider stands on a short SUP board (stand-up paddle board) mounted onto a hydrofoil and holds directly onto the wing. The twist? The wing isn’t attached to the board. Developed from kitesurfing, windsurfing, and surfing, foiling uses the wind (through the inflatable wing) and the water (through the foil) to gain momentum as you launch the hydrofoil.
Wingfoiling gives riders the ultimate adrenaline rush as they use energy from the wind and water to soar.

In general, your board size is based on your height and weight. Beginners should choose a board that is 30kg/litres above their weight. So if you weigh 80kg, look for a 110-130 litre board. This is just a guideline and I recommend you give me a call so we can find your perfect board.
There’s lots of conflicting information when you first start foiling– from what size of foils, boards, and accessories to what brand you should choose. At Mainbreak, I stock reputable, trustworthy brands. I’ve personally used all of them for my own foiling fun.
